Return & Refund Policy
We are obliged to make you satisfied with our products and service. If you are not happy with your purchase we are willing to provide a refund and exchange service under the following conditions:
- All returns and refunds must be applied within 30 days of receiving your purchase at craftaura.sp247@gmail.com.
- Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or refund. We will review your request and send you a further email if it is approved.
- Returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt. If the returned item is not acceptable, it will be refused acceptance.
- We do not accept returns due to personal reasons from customers (e.g., change of mind, dislike, wrong item ordered, etc.). Please consider carefully before placing your order.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us immediately at craftaura.sp247@gmail.com. We will deal with it without a doubt. You need to provide:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Picture of damaged package or products
- Correct shipping address
We will arrange a replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. We do not accept replacements for damages caused by the user.
Orders not Received
We will not process refunds or reshipments if the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered.
- If Your clients do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.
- Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below: Incorrect/insufficient address, No such number, Unknown recipient, Refused, Do not pick up in time, No safe delivery location, Others.
Process Time of Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It will take 3-14 business days after we approve your request.
But it will take another processing time for your payment bank to deal with the refund. If you have any questions about when you will receive the refund, please contact your bank for further details.
Change or Cancel Order
If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note: Orders have been sent out cannot be modified or canceled.
